ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW AFTER PLACING THE ORDER 

Shipping is totally free within INDIA

For rest of the world, it is according to the weight and country as per the DHL policy.
Once we receive the Wedding Sherwani / suit order, it will be processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 working days provided that the order does not include any extra requirements or a colour change or size specifications (it is important to note that shipping time differs depending on your country and area. For example, Europe side it is delivered within 3 to 4 working days by DHL, while USA it takes 7 days and Canada 8 to 9 days).  The tracking number will be provided to the customer at their given email address by DHL as they are our official shipping partners.

All custom-made orders are processed only after detailed discussion on WhatsApp or any other means of communication preferred by our client. These custom-made orders are shipped within 15-25 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation with the client. This is because the customer may be contacted for approval during the production process for color and design change as initially required by the customer.
Pictures and videos of all the orders, be it custom made or standard size and color as per the website, are shared with the customer before the order is dispatched. Please note that no product will be dispatched without the customer’s confirmation. In the case in which we do not receive any confirmation within 48 hours of communication, then it will be noted as accepted/approved by customer and will be dispatched.  
 
When you finish checkout, the amount you are required to pay is inclusive of all taxes and shipping charges directly to your doorstep. Please note that it does not include any custom duties and other taxes that are incurred in the destination country. All Indian duties and taxes are included.  
We are not responsible for any delays caused by any natural causes such as floods or droughts, any situations outside our control, such as riots or protests, any changes in government policy, any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer or in the situation in which the customer is not available at the time of delivery and is out of station or may have asked for a change of address.
