What is My Account?
We’ve made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through “My Account” after you sign in to your account. With “My Account” on AMBE COLLECTIONS you can
  • Manage/edit all your personal detail like address, phone numbers, email ids

  • track the status of your orders

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment has been successfully made, your order for ( sherwani,/ kurta pyjama /suit /wedding suit) is processed immediately. we will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery. 

 

How do I make a payment for a purchase?

AMBE COLLECTIONS  offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. We and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept VISA & MasterCard . Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Do you provide International delivery?
 
Yes we do send the order across the globe through Fedex/DHL 
 
Order Status
How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with AMBE.. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “Sign In” link in the top right of any page on our store and Sign In to your account. This will take you to your Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All our items are delivered through reputed courier company who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of courier company. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

Please note that all the order are made from scratch so please be patient and allow 3 weeks for all customized orders be it one 1 or 20 duration will remain same to process. This does not include the time in transit to deliver the product..
 
When and how can I cancel an order ?

You cannot cancel your order once placed.

Cancellations & Returns
We have easy return policy so that you can buy our products at ease and without stress. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 2 days from the date of delivery, and we will try to resolve your refund request.
 
In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by us if we are at fault. See more details about our returns and refund policies page
