OUR RETURN , REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY ADDRESSES DIFFERENT SITUATIONS AS GIVEN BELOW:
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS :
If the parcel brought by the courier or post is damaged or tampered, please do not accept it. Should you choose to accept a damaged parcel, AMBE COLLECTIONS undertakes no responsibility for the contents of the parcel or the condition of the product contained within.
If the parcel received is not damaged or tampered, and yet the product contained within is either damaged or has manufacturing defect for example Indo Western Sherwani is perfect but thread or bead work is out, please write to us at ambecollections@gmail.com within 24 hours of your receiving the product with comprehensive details of the damage / defect.All defective products along with the copy of invoice, original packing of the product and the product in the condition as received by the customer without washing shall have to be sent back within seven(7)working days from receiving the “written receipt of confirmation to Return/Refund/Replace”
SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED IN RETURNING:
1. IN CASE YOU GET DAMANGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The customer may request us to arrange for the pickup of product from their premise. If one of AMBE COLLECTIONS preferred courier company offers pickup service from customer’s premise, the item can be returned via such courier. In this case, no charges are borne by the customer.
Should none of AMBE COLLECTIONS preferred courier companies provide pick-up service from customer’s premise, the customer will be responsible for sending the product back to us safely, which must be done only through registered air-mail / courier. In this case, the customer will bear all costs with regards to sending the parcel back to us.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS:- This shouldn’t normally happen. However, in case, a wrong item has been delivered to you, please write to us at ambecollections@gmail.com, within 24 hours of your receiving the product. Please note that AMBE COLLECTIONS may verify the contents with the order summary and replace the product with the one ordered. In case, the same product is no longer available, AMBE COLLECTIONS may refund the amount back to the customer.
Returns cannot be done if any “Size / Stitching Options” are selected.
Please do not return any product, before receiving confirmation from AMBE COLLECTIONS . In case, any product is returned without such confirmation, AMBE COLLECTIONS does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
2. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN IN DUE TO WRONG PURCHASE IN TERMS OF COLOR & SIZE OR YOU MAY HAVE CHANGE THE COLOR SCHEME
If you wish to return the product incase you bought it by mistake or you entered wrong size or color, you are more than welcome to send it back for exchange without any extra cost but you need to bear the cost of shipping .
TERMS & CONDITIONS :-
Kindly note that we are selling premium products and all the orders are processed and dispatched only after confirmation by our esteemed customers.
Process is as follows :
1. On receiving the order one of our executive connects with you on your preferred method of communication to confirm and understand the order in terms of size and color variation .
2 If any change of color in base fabric or embroidery is asked than same will be shown with swatch to confirm the order processing.
3 Once the product is ready before final stitching you are shown again to confirm the outcome for final confirmation and any changes in case you may want to.
4. Product once ready we will again share the pic and video for your confirmation to dispatch.
5. In case you want to claim anything kindly make a video at the time of opening the parcel and fitting of the product as so far we have 0 returns. we take care of all the things like size color etc so customer usually has no room to claim on that.
REFUND POLICY
once the product reach back to us intact as we dispatched, we will refund the entire amount( which we received after currency conversion and bank charges )within 72 hours, in case product found defective other than the factory defect as mentioned in the policy above or used( with marks or stains) AMBE COLLECTIONS will reject the claim and no amount will be refund on such products and customer than have to arrange the pickup again and such customers will be blacklisted permanently form our website.
